As the lead planning partner, we are responsible for the conceptual design, coordination, and professional management of the entire project lifecycle. We oversee all activities and take full responsibility for ensuring an efficient and economically viable implementation.
The development of the optimal facility and building structure, together with the active management of all construction-related activities, is undertaken by our industrial architecture partner SHA – Scheffler Helbich Architekten in close cooperation with our project management team. Likewise, our partner PG3, an experienced IT system integrator and SAP EWM specialist, is responsible for designing and implementing the IT landscape, from system architecture through to seamless integration with logistics processes.
This integrated approach provides our clients with the confidence that both physical infrastructure and digital solutions are delivered reliably, cost-effectively, and on schedule, while maintaining the highest levels of transparency and quality throughout every phase of the project.
